Absolutely! Pets often take a while to warm up to new people, especially when they bring weird equipment and new smells. We’ll take the time to get to know each other before we begin taking any photos.
If your pet is very shy or scared of new people & places, we recommend doing the shoot in your home, in their favorite room or spot. We would discuss this further during the initial meeting.
While we love all animals and are pretty good at handling all kind of personalities, we want to make sure that the photo session is safe for everyone involved. If you have concerns about your dog (or cat) contact us, and we can discuss. As an option we can setup a pre-meet to see how we get along.
It is incredibly difficult to deal with our beloved pets growing older or sick. Please contact us to prioritize an appointment for you.
We like to keep things simple. We offer a single package consisting of a 90-minute photo session and five edited digital images for $350 + tax.

Our portrait session price includes up to two pets. If you want to photograph more pets from the same household, there is a $50 charge per pet, which includes one additional edited digital image.

During the session we will capture many photos. After culling and editing we will work with you to select the five professionally edited images. You have the option of purchasing additional digital images as well as prints and other products.
Not at all. We like to keep things simple, so we include five edited high-resolution digital images in the session price, which you are free to print for personal use.
You can of course choose to print through us, using our professional labs, or purchase additional digital images for download.
We love puppies and kittens! And nothing better than a whole bunch of them. We offer the option of photographing a whole litter for the single session price. In this case you will get group photos of your puppies/kittens instead of individual shots. If you want individual portraits instead, contact us to discuss a group discount.
During the Photoshoot
We specialize in on-location photography, which means that we come to you. We normally shoot at our client’s house, although we can use nearby parks and other public locations as well.
That’s no problem; we can discuss options during the consultation call. Bring your ideas, and we can share a list of locations as well. You may also discover that we can do much more with your yard than you imagine.
Absolutely. If the other location isn’t within walking distance however there will be an additional fee.
All locations must be agreed upon before the day of the shoot.
Just let them know we’re coming😊. But jokes aside, there isn’t really a lot of preparation to do. For dogs, you may want to give them a bath and brush off any matted or unruly fur. For cats, a good brushing to remove dead fur is always helpful.
Our photo sessions are 90 minutes long, which is plenty of time to capture an assortment of great shots. We will occasionally go over if we deem it necessary.
We always prefer that dogs remain on their leash. But don’t worry, we will remove it during editing!
Don’t worry, we have experience handing all types of pet personalities. We specialize in natural, relaxed photo shoots. You’ll be surprised at how many nice poses we get!
If your pet is super high-energy, you may want to take them for a walk right before the shoot to burn some of that energy off.
Absolutely! The star of the photoshoot will be your pet, but you are more than welcome to join them.
Absolutely! While we’ll bring props, you are more than welcome to use your own. Especially if they have a special meaning to you or your pet.
Afterwards
After we wrap things up and leave, we will begin processing the images from your photo shoot. We will carefully select the best images, professionally edit them, and upload them to your private gallery.
About 2-3 weeks after the session, you’ll receive an email from us with the details to login to your private gallery and view the proofs.
The package includes five edited high-resolution downloadable images.
Your private gallery will include 20-30 images, where you will be able to pick five of your choosing. Additional images will be available for purchase directly from the gallery, as well as prints and other products.
We typically have images edited and ready in 2-3 weeks after the photo shoot. We’ll notify you once they are ready for viewing in your private gallery.
Once we finish editing your photos you will receive an email with instructions to access your private photo gallery.
Yes, all the photos we present to you are professionally edited. Among other things we will remove leashes and stray hairs.
You can print the five included images (and any others you purchase for digital download) for personal, non-commercial use. While we retain copyright, you will receive print right for personal use with your images.
